We're looking for an experienced Administrator with outstanding organisational skills to join our dynamic Wealth Management team. Our Wealth Management team encompasses Pensions, Tax and Trusts, and Financial Planning and this role offers versatility and room for growth. While the initial focus may be within the Pensions team, there's ample opportunity for cross-functional exposure, including the potential to transition into the Financial Planning team.

Experience in the pensions or wider financial services industry would be advantageous but is not essential. If you have strong administration skills and are looking to move into a friendly, fast paced, and dynamic team, this could be the perfect role for you.

The Opportunity
We believe relationships with clients should be built to last, and in this non-advisory role your timely and accurate communication, both written and verbal, is key to delivering an excellent service to a high standard for every client.
You will assist in the ongoing management of client data, ensuring client files and records are accurate and consistent on the back-office systems. Your day will also be spent pulling together relevant documents to support the provision of advice and client meetings.

About us
We’re a unique group of industry leading financial experts working at the cutting edge of digital accounting, financial planning, and tax advisory in a wide range of personal and business areas.
We value our people and the big role they play in developing and growing our business. We have the freedom to adopt innovative approaches and do things differently, always guided by what is best for our clients and our employees.
We believe in empowering individuals, embracing experience, and supporting each other. When you join Old Mill, you become an important part of something great.

About you

As an essential part of the Wealth Management team, your exceptional organisational skills will be relied upon to stay ahead of the curve. With the capacity to navigate shifting deadlines and an intuitive approach to work, you'll develop a keen sense of when, where, and how to best support the team. Your meticulous attention to detail enables you to catch errors and oversights that others might miss. You excel in managing time and workflow priorities, ensuring precision and efficiency in providing top-notch client administration support.

Your Perks…

We believe that happy employees and happy teams = productivity and success.

You’ll get 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, and an extra day off for birthday celebrations. Need a bit extra? Just ask. Up to five extra days are purchasable.
