We have an exciting opportunity to join our Financial Planning team in our Wells office.
As a Client Service Associate the Financial Planning team will rely on you and your outstanding organisational skills to always be one step ahead. With the ability to work to moving deadlines and with an intuitive way of working- you will grow to know when, where and how to best support the team.
We are looking for someone who has an exceptional approach to client service who understands that the needs of clients are at the heart of everything we do and is key to our success.
You will assist in the ongoing management of client data, responsibilities including ensuring client files and records are accurate and consistent using the back-office systems, pulling together relevant documents to support the provision of advice, and organising client appointments diaries.
Your eye for detail means you can spot errors and mistakes that others would often overlook. You can effectively manage time and workflow priorities, whilst maintaining accuracy and efficiency in delivering exceptional client administration support.
We believe relationships with clients should be built to last, and in this non-advisory role your timely and accurate communication, both written and verbal, is key to delivering an excellent service to a high standard for every client.
Previous experience in client administration and/or client service within professional services would be advantageous. Along with a desire to develop skills and knowledge within a friendly but fast-paced environment.
