We are looking for a Client Service Coordinator to join the Rural team, you will be an integral part of our team and a key point of contact for our valued clients, strengthening client relationships.
This role is busy and varied and as such, it will suit someone who thrives in a dynamic and challenging environment. 

About you
You are extremely organised with the ability to work on moving deadlines, you are open to change with a flexible approach to developing and improving the process.
Supporting the Advisers and the wider team you are a vital touchpoint for clients ensuring correspondence is timely, accurate and efficient. Establishing a good rapport and high levels of trust with clients, you will contribute to the efficient workflow within the team and therefore ultimately to client service satisfaction.
It is likely that you have experience in a supervisory role as a Senior Administrator or Client Coordinator in a Professional Services environment. As committed as us in working paperless, you are confident and competent in your computer skills and will be using online systems daily, such as CCH, to maintain online filing and record completion.
