We have a great opportunity to join our Marketing and Business Development team as a Digital Marketing Executive.
With bags of enthusiasm and a great passion for all things digital, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our digital marketing strategy.
This role comes with responsibility for driving the brand, maintaining high-quality communications, and ensuring consistency. With a primary focus on digital, you will oversee the creation, delivery, and execution of all digital marketing communication for Old Mill.
You will be responsible for our online channels creating awareness, driving traffic, and generating leads. With a focus on campaign performance - you will use reporting to optimise and influence marketing activity and identify emerging trends.
A typical day could see you running email campaigns using automated marketing software, managing our social media channels and using analytics to build high quality and targeted content.
Your responsibilities will also include updating our CRM and marketing lists, marketing collateral, websites and managing our enquiries, as well as helping with events and seminars.
This is a varied and digitally driven role that will require you to utilise your previous digital marketing experience. We need you to be results driven and detail orientated with a good knowledge of email platforms, web analytics and click patterns.
You can interpret and understand key analytics of campaign performance to help guide and influence decisions, continually reviewing marketing data to provide management information to aid company growth.
It goes without saying you have exceptional written and verbal communication, with a creative approach for sharing information to ensure it is engaging.
This role will build on your existing experience of working on different projects at the same time, managing multiple deadlines and building strong relationships with stakeholders across different teams.
Previous experience working with Microsoft Dynamics, Click, InDesign and video editing would be advantageous.
