Old Mill is looking for an Operations Team Manager to work in our friendly Yeovil team. This operations role combines the responsibility for planning and coordination of accounts and tax production in conjunction with providing exceptional line management of the Operations Team.
Excellent client service is at the heart of everything we do at Old Mill and this role has a huge part to play in this as you will be creating, developing and implementing effective resourcing plans.
We do not need someone who has worked in accounts but if you come from that background it is worth us explaining that this role comes with none of the pressures of being billable, you will really have the time to focus on the exceptional management of the team. This goes beyond the usual hygiene factors and allows you to support individuals to identify their strengths and build on their career aspirations.
Effective management of WIP will form a large part of the day to day for you and you will be monitoring billing for the team to ensure financial targets are met.
