Everyone is entitled to a minimum of 25 days holiday increasing with length in service to a maximum of 30 days.

Every Old Mill office has a social team and they make sure we get together regularly over a variety of different activities. Recent get-togethers have included cocktail making lessons, off roading, an escape room and a trip to the races. Any excuse to have fun!
