We are proud of our investment in early years recruitment at Old Mill. There is nothing better than finding that raw talent leaving school, college or university and seeing them develop into the next generation of accountants and financial planners.
Due to maternity leave, we are looking for someone who shares this passion and can take on responsibility for this important piece of the hiring puzzle. Kirsty isn’t going to be easy to replace but one good thing about this is that everything is nicely set up for someone to come in and maintain. We, (I say we when Kirsty has done all the hard work) have established a robust and successful process for all early-career hires but that’s not to say you can’t make your mark on it – we are big believers in continual improvement.
When not working on all things early careers you will support the Recruitment Manager in providing solutions that allow our organisation to attract, develop and retain talented individuals across the wider business.
