Holiday entitlement

Everyone is entitled to a minimum of 25 days holiday increasing with length in service to a maximum of 30 days.

Holiday purchase

Big holiday planned? We believe it’s important for our people to have a good balance in their home-work lives. To enable this we give the option to purchase up to five days additional leave to give flexibility on those occasions where our generous holiday entitlement isn’t enough.

Flexible working

Old Mill believes that flexible working can increase staff motivation, promote work-life balance, reduce employee stress and improve performance and productivity. We will provide you with flexibility in the way you want to work as far as we possibly can and consider all flexible working requests. More than one in five of our people currently work flexibly including part time working and more still have informal working agreements to include working from home and other alternate working patterns.

Great place to work

A game of ping pong or table football over lunch? Why not. At Old Mill we have worked hard to make our offices great places to work with ping pong or table football in the staff rooms and of course that all important unlimited tea and coffee! Every Old Mill office has a social team and they make sure we get together regularly over a variety of different activities. Recent get-togethers have included cocktail making lessons, off roading, an escape room and a trip to the races. Any excuse to have fun!
