We’re looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to join our friendly Yeovil-based IT team and play a key role in keeping Old Mill running smoothly. If you enjoy problem-solving, delivering great customer service, and helping people make the most of their tech, this could be the perfect fit.
This is a fully office-based role, so you’ll be right at the heart of the action, working closely with colleagues across the business to resolve technical issues, manage hardware, and support our Microsoft 365 environment. You’ll also contribute to projects, improve processes and help shape how we use technology to collaborate, communicate and grow.
What You’ll Do:
As a key part of our friendly Yeovil-based IT team, you’ll be the first point of contact for internal colleagues needing technical support, helping to resolve issues efficiently and professionally. You’ll provide day-to-day support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices and a range of specialist financial applications, keeping our people connected and our systems running smoothly.

In addition, you’ll help maintain IT asset records and system documentation, creating user-friendly guides and knowledgebase articles along the way. You’ll support new starters and leavers, and work closely with the wider IT team on operational improvements and collaborative projects that make a real difference across the business.
