Benefits
We go beyond the basics to support your personal and professional growth:
Trainees will start in September 2026, and we're planning an assessment centre for May.
If you’re ambitious, curious, and ready to shape your own future, we’d love to hear from you.
Please note that we’re strong advocates of AI. Our teams use it every day to work smarter and free up time for more meaningful client conversations. But when it comes to your application, we’d really prefer you keep it human. This isn't a spelling or grammar test - we want to get to know the real you - the person behind the CV. Graduate recruitment is as much about who you are as what you know, and we want to see your personality, ideas, and motivation shine through. AI has its place, but in this part of the recruitment process, it’s you we’re most interested in.
If you require any additional support with your application, please get in touch with kaz.austen@om.uk.
Applications will close on 10th April 2026. For those who are successful, the recruitment process will include your application, a video interview, and some online tests before an invitation to an assessment centre.
